On April 19, the 4th Meeting of China-Russia Permanent Working Group on Forest Resources Exploitation and Utilization was held in Beijing. Zhang Zhigang, Vice Minister of Commerce, signed the Minute together with Deputy minister of Industry and Energy of Russia.
