Vice Minister of Commerce Zhang Zhigang gave a lecture on “IPR Protection”

In the afternoon of July 11th, Vice Minister of Commerce Zhang Zhigang gave a lecture on “IPR Protection in Current China”, concerning the situation, system history, background and basic idea of IPR in China.

The lecture was presided by Vice Director of Information Office of the State Council Wang Guoqing. More than 100 participators attended the lecture.
